“HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?”:
We pack orders every 2-3 days.
Domestic orders are shipped via Media Mail which takes a maximum of 10 business days. International orders can be as quick as a week but often the packages get held up in customs.

“WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THESE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS YOU HAVE FOR SALE?”:
Good news! Every single thing you order now immediately comes with a zip of the mp3s in 320kbps. So you can rock the album on an Ipod whilst you wait for mister postman. Or you can just buy the downloads for a wee bit cheaper. They come with artwork and whatever other goodies we have in jpg or pdf form. Check your junk mail before emailing me please! It's an automated process and will be nearly instantaneously sent your way. The exception to this instant mp3 deal is anything we didn't release on cd as well (see: Appleseed Cast, Art in Manila, and more). We don't own the digital rights and therefore cannot deal with them.

"WILL YOU SIGN MY BAND?":
No. Well, odds are probably not. It has nothing to do with anything other than I have no time to listen to demos much these days and it costs a fortune to release a record properly. I do eventually listen to everything and there are always exceptions.

"CAN YOU GET MY BAND ON A BILL WITH ____ (INSERT BAND HERE)?":
No. I have nothing to do with this at all. Hit up the bands booking agency.

"WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER MY EMAIL IMMEDIATELY?":
I do try and I feel I do a decent job. Keep in mind this label is run by one boy only. This boy happens to be in several bands and tours quite a bit. Sometimes it is just the junk mail monster so keep that in mind. If it's been a while since you emailed send another, most likely the monster got to it first.

GRAVE007:Monster Movie & Dreamend :Preface cd (released in Oct, 2002) limited to 1000 copies

Just one listen to the first track of the Preface EP on Graveface Records and it feels just like 1991 again. The promo's description of 'space pop' is very fitting; it's a shoegazing pastiche and no mistake. It's no surprise, therefore, that Christian Savill, once of shoegazing pioneers Slowdive, is one half of the group. Its follow-up 'Nobody Sees' is more like country music for the future, or to take another slant, Mercury Rev via a vocoder. The second half of the EP is taken up by the 'Ellipsis' suite from Dreamend. The approach falls into the wall of sound category but instead of drawn out 10-minute epics it is delivered in three smaller, easily digestible parts, each boasting their own independent melody. A fine seventeen-minute appetiser that leaves the listener thirsting for more from this fledgling record label.
